The EDELKRAFT massage stick is a handy tool that helps you to treat muscular tension and train your fascia.

Thanks to the integrated super magnet, you can easily massage yourself while standing. When used on the ground, the natural rubber bottom ensures that the tool can not slip away. The ergonomic shape simulates a narrow / broad thumb like the one in your physical therapy practice.

Trigger yourself – most easily on a metallic surface (eg refrigerator door) or with the help of our magnetic wall board . This holds up to four trigger tools and prevents them from slipping or falling down during usage.

The wood originates from sustainable forestry and was refined with a natural oil by hand. This gives the massage wood a pleasant warm surface and effective protection (antibacterial and water repellent).

What size is right?

The narrow head creates a noticeably higher pressure and allows a more intense acupressure stimulus. If you want to trigger small body position, you are an athlete or generally less sensitive to pain, then we recommend the 2cm version. Otherwise, please user the larger 3cm version.
