Resistance Bands are a very helpful training support for many exercises with your own body weight. Difficult or even seemingly unattainable movements are suddenly possible and motivate you to stay tuned! Perfect for pull-ups, training on our pegboard or advanced planche training on the parallettes.
The ussage is quite simple: you fix the band (for example, knot on chin-up bar) and load it with your foot or knee during the movement. You immediately realize that thanks to the resistance band, you are “lighter” and it is easier to practice.
Normal or strong?
In most cases, the normal (purple) band is just right for you. But if you are very heavy (> 90kg) or cant not do more than three pull-ups, then you need the strong (green) version. The specified kilogram number (see above) represent the approximate relief through the rubber band.
