The bars are made from high-quality walnut wood, sanded and oiled (water-repellent coating). This guarantees that your hands won't slip. The support parts have a large floor area and are very stable. They are made from 27 layers of birch wood and glued waterproof.
Gentle on wrists
The mini bars have a perfect height: a large range of motion allows for a variety of exercises. At the same time, the device is so low and perfectly rounded that you can't get injured.
Thanks to the joint-friendly hand position in all exercises, training with the mini bar is very gentle in direct comparison with normal push-ups or handstands on flat ground.
