We have a new strong partner by our side: Re-Athlete is a start-up that makes comfortable, functional yet sustainable sportswea. The special thing is undoubtedly the "raw material" used by re-athlete: Old fishing nets (and other plastic components from the oceans and industry) are being up-cycled and processed into new high-quality local clothing in Germany. A unique and innovative approach that proves what is possible by questioning conventional methods and thinking and developing new ideas with passion and energy! Just in time for our first birthday you can now preorder our AB-roller wheel. It will be delivered shortly before New Year's Eve. We are especially proud of our roller due to the materials used. We have invested a lot of time and effort so that the sports equipment is maximally sustainable. The wood originates from Germany as usual from EDELKRAFT and is also manufactured locally by family businesses (wood turner, carpenter). The sleeve is made of unique natural rubber made from the juice of the rubber tree. It is pressed into a single piece using a mold specially made for this product. Our Pegboard 2.0 is available now. It's a next generation board because it's really usable for all skill levels. Beginners no longer give up frustrated, but can finally use the extension to work effectively at home on their climbing power! The trick: The board has a suspension for a resistance band. This makes you "lighter", so that even beginners succeed.

Just in time for the Christmas season, there will be two new sports equipment from us: an abdominal trainer (AB Roller) and a pegboard especially for climbing and bouldering beginners. Both will be available in about two weeks via our shop. The AB roller is simple yet highly effective for your abdominal training: slow forward and backward rolling makes your muscles burn. You can vary the exercise over the roll length and use of your knees. Our AB roller is made of wood, natural rubber and a metal shaft inside. This combination ensures excellent stability and safety. Thanks to the high-quality natural rubber, you can not slip away during the movement and so concentrate fully on the correct execution. Information about the Pegboard will follow later.

We have build up our video collection! In the video section you will now find some new exercises demonstrated on our parallettes to go. For example the L-seat combined with dips or an impressive bent handstand. Watch the videos

We have collected a lot of feedback in the last few weeks and we have heard one wish over and over again: It needs exercise videos and corresponding instructions and training plans for the parallettes. Right! We've already started to take videos and are now working on a dedicated website tutorial. Until about Christmas, we want to publish the first exercise videos that show what you can do at the bar. The picture above shows our gymnast who will demonstrate the exercises in the videos. Do not worry, the videos will show more movements for beginners and advanced users.
